Open Positions:
The Sales and Business Development Lead is responsible for driving revenue, generating leads, strengthening customer relationships, meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and ultimately meeting our customers needs.
Responsibilities:
- – Develop a technical knowledge of all product lines.
- – Create and implement strategies to engage with new customers and increase product purchase levels with existing customers.
- – Develop business relationships with current and potential customers.
- – Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ needs, including technical support.
- – Manage multiple customers and projects at various stages in the sales pipeline.
- – Identify clients’ specific needs and map those to product solutions.
- – Coordinate with accounting to ensure that Receivables are up to date.
- – Negotiate pricing and purchase agreements.
- Attend trade shows throughout the year as a brand representative and find potential leads.
- – Achieve all other duties as assigned
- – Experience in the telematics or automotive industry, with 2+ years working in B2B sales.
- – Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- – Proficiency in soft sales skills, including but not limited to: listening, negotiation, problem-solving, organization, and reliability.
- – Proficiency with computers.
- – Experience with CRM software and other digital sales tools.
- – Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize customer needs, and manage time effectively.
- – Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- – Detail oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- – Ability to commute or relocate to the Ann Arbor office (required).
This position is 100% commission-based compensation, with unlimited earning potential. Remote options are negotiable after 6-month probationary period.
