You can submit the vehicle VIN or engine family to see all advanced data parameters currently supported in the product database.  All standard J1939 PGNs are already supported and will not be returned in the  lookup.

An electronic logging device (ELD) is a piece of hardware used to record driving time for commercial motor vehicles. It plugs into a vehicle and captures data on the vehicle’s engine, location, speed, miles driven, and more.

 

ELDs are mainly used to record Hours of Service (HOS), which includes the number of hours a commercial driver spends driving per day and how many hours they are on- or off-duty per week. ELDs with built-in GPS tracking, gyroscopes, and accelerometers can record additional information, including:

  • – Real-time GPS
  • – Engine speed and load
  • – Fuel efficiency, idling, and mileage.
  • – Diagnostics and safety-related events

Access to a server/database will be given to you as part of the setup process. A member of our team will reach out if you purchase a qualifying product.

In order to root cause field issues, IOSiX needs debug data from the ELD device. This allows IOSiX to see the specific detailed information  at the device level.
 
The IOSiX support process is:
 
1. Have your ELD app request debug data from the ELD device. Use the SDK method  public EldBleError RequestDebugData()
 
2. After you have this debug data, submit a Debug Report at this URL: https://rma.iosix.com/bugreport.php
 
This allows you to provide a description of the problem that should be reviewed by the IOSiX support team.

We typically ship via FedEx or UPS for domestic shipments, and DHL for international orders.
